Intrigue Chocolates can help you make a resolution that is painless and good for your health: Eat more chocolate truffles! January’s Seasonal Flavors:

Pomegranate Chocolate TrufflePomegranate Truffle – Tart, fruity, and intense, this truffle flavored with pomegranate juice will wake up your taste buds with a bright burst of flavor.
Ruby Port Chocolate TruffleRuby Port Truffle – Fortified red wine delivers a sweet finish as you savor this truffle. We find it “fortifying” on a long winter day.
Clove Chocolate TruffleClove Truffle – A spice with so many layers, cloves (Syzygium aromaticum) are warming with a richness that lingers on the tongue.
Tannenbaum Chocolate TruffleTannenbaum Truffle – Douglas-fir bud brandy? Yup, that’s right. We have such fun bringing you flavors that you wouldn’t imagine! This truffle will bring to mind a spring day in the Pacific Northwest. This Douglas-fir bud (Pseudotsuga spp.) brandy is distilled in Oregon.
Jamaican Hot Chocolate TruffleJamaican Hot Chocolate Truffle – Warm up your mouth with another Jamaican HOT Chocolate Truffle. It’s blend of dark rum, honey, vanilla, nutmeg, and haba?ero chilis will give you just the right amount of heat and sweet without overpowering.
Saint Basil Chocolate TruffleSaint Basil Truffle – Spring may yet be a faraway dream, but the fresh, organic basil you find in this truffle will give you hope.
