		<description>Love your chocolates.  Met you guys at the Enumclaw Chocolate and Wine festival.  Thank you for being there.  Would you ever consider making a true NW influenced truffle in the spring of nettles?  I think this would be great.  What better to have the chocolate antioxidants and the blood cleansing of the nettle.  I would definitely taste test for you if needed:-)
